Smart Solutions has created the America's strongest rent-to-own program allowing those who are unable to purchase or lease a home (due to damaged credit) to purchase a home through our innovative rent-to-own program. Renters with damaged credit can find and reside in an affordable rent-to-own home. Ultimately, the credit repair program allows renters to become homeowners - enjoying the tax benefits, property appreciation, and security of being a homeowner.
Here are some key things to understand about our program:
This program is unique because you are permitted to live in the home, while we repair your credit. In regards to finding a home for you…that normally takes a week or 2 depending on how many houses you want to look at. Normal down payment required is first month’s rent and security deposit. The seller, Bank and Smart Solutions work as a team to get you in position to qualify for a mortgage loan. The normal time frame to complete this task is within 6-12 months. We normally set up a lease purchase contract for 12 months.
You can choose either our BASIC or FULL SERVICE RTOH Program
The Basic program gives you assistance with unlimited phone consultation, e-mail and chat support. We provide all the information and support that may be needed in order to get you moved into a home. You must find a realtor and locate a property. (See our website for more details)
The Full Service program is when we find a realtor for you and locate a property for you GUARANTEED. We may start out by e-mailing you properties, then having a realtor contact you to schedule showings with you.

Note: When you schedule your payment, you will be locked into an automated system that places you into processing. You will be automatically DELETED from the system if your payment does not arrive or clear on the day you agreed to pay. IF you call in 3 days prior to alter your payment date, then there is a possibility that we can keep it from being deleted. If you pay by check or money order, you must pay within 7 days and it must be overnight mail for security reasons. If it is going to be longer that 7 days, then you must pay by debit or credit card.
Note: The only credit repair program permitted to be used with the RTOH program is the PLATINUM program (Silver is not permitted). If you have any credit scores in the 400's, you will not be permitted to participate in the Rent to Own Homes program. However, you can enroll in our premium Platinum PLUS credit repair program and be automatically eligible for enrollment in the RTOH program upon completion of our Platinum PLUS credit repair program.
Notes: You can pay less than the scheduled payment amounts, but no work will begin on your file until half of the balance is paid. When the balance is paid in full, then the credit repair will be completed. Cash, Money Order, or Auto-Debit is recommended for payments. In regards to the Rent to Own Homes program, if you are making less than the scheduled payment amounts, then you must pay all fees in full, including credit repair fees (if applicable) BEFORE taking possession of the house. You must pay at least half of your balance before you can start working with a
Realtor.
